We hope you will consider joining Saving Webster Dogs, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization since 2021, in its mission to give stray dogs and those pulled from the Webster County kill shelter a second chance at a happy, healthy life by networking with reputable rescues and other animal organizations.
Saving Webster Dogs is a volunteer-only organization that utilizes them for all aspects of its operation. The following information outlines broad categories of volunteer activities, but is not an exhaustive list of all needs. If you have a specific skill, passion or interest, please be sure to let us know so that we can best match your activities to them.
Transport: Transport animals to/from fosters, boarding facilities, vet appointments, events, etc. Support other transport events by walking/watering animals.
Adoption Events: Help facilitate adoption events by: handling dogs, meeting with potential adopters, answering questions about the adoption process and organization, and other tasks associated with the event.
Fundraising: Help coordinate fundraising activities and sell tickets or other items associated with fundraising efforts. (merchandise, raffle tickets, event tickets, etc.) Solicit donations from local businesses and organizations as needed.
Physical Support: Assist with feeding, watering, handling dogs and day-to-day operations at Saving Webster Dogs/Foxfire Kennels physical location
